I've mentioned before that I'm a reviewing editor for an online literary magazine (I read slush). But last night before I sat down to read submissions I read a short story by Alice Munro. More specifically I read the short story "What Do You Want to Know For?" which was a 2008 O. Henry Award winner. It's an amazing little story.After reading that I decided that it wouldn't be fair to read slush until the next day.
Yep, someone out there owes me.
